Barnhart, 65, of Fairmount City, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on June 29, 1958, in Steubenville, Ohio. He was a truck driver for McCauley Trucking. He was married on November 27, 1976, to Verley J. (Radaker) Barnhart and she survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Valerie Cunningham and her husband, Brian of Cowansville and Lisa Morris of Fairmount City, and three grandchildren, Luke Cunningham, Grace Cunningham, and Ethan Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023, at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Jimmy Swogger officiating.
