Twila P. Huber, 89, of Mayport, (Langville) died Saturday, March 25, 2017, at Penn Highlands Brookville Hospital. She was born August 9, 1927, in Fryburg, a daughter of the late Aloysius and Minnie (Beary) Beichner. She was married on October 8, 1947 to John I. Huber Sr. and he preceded her in death on December 13, 1994.

Twila is survived by five children, John Huber Jr. and his wife Nadine of Worthville, William Huber and his wife Dawn of Elderton, George Huber and his wife Cheryl of Ringgold, James Huber of Langville and Dorothy Woods and her husband Thomas Sr. of Freeport. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great great- grandchild.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Tianna Huber, four brothers and three sisters.

Family and friends will be received Monday, March 27, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor John Phillips officiating. Interment will be held in the Shannondale Union Cemetery.
