Yes, it's taken me a few days to write this but I wanted to do Bill justice. He was a huge part of mine and my daughters' lives. Bill and I had been friends since high school and remained friends throughout all of our stuff. (AMAZING! Because we had a lot of stuff.) Jawnie and Lindsey called him Daddy Bill and they were one of his girls. They thought of him as their Dad as much as their own Dad. They were blessed with two Dads that loved them very much. When I think of Bill I have a ton of memories flood back: BRIANNA MARIE WERT, fishing and his fish frys, processing deer meat, all of the flowers (I had several jungles.) trapping, Need help with your homework? Ask BILL!, the fur processing plant in my basement, his messes in my kitchen, being woken up with coffee, he got me to love the Steelers and the Pirates, the back road trips with his friends, the apartments, the weekends with everyone at hillside, he always ironed my work clothes for me, the snowstorm when no one could leave, and so many other things. I loved Bill and his family. This is so hard, I think because we cannot gather to console each other. I will miss Bill forever but those memories can not be taken or dismissed. RIP Willy <3

You were always like another dad to me and i will never ever forget you. I wish i could trade everything just to get one more hug from you and hear your voice once again. I love you so much and wish to God i had one more day with you atleast. My heart is shattered into pieces. I will miss you so much as I do now. Please be mine and my son Drays guardian angel and my mamas and watch over us please. I love you. Love JD

Bill was like a dad to me and my sister Lindsey for many of the years while we were growing up. He was a loveable man and would protect his girls no matter what it took. It saddens me to hear he is passed and I’m sorry for all the grief everyone is going through. To my sister Brianna, Nikki and Jenny I love you all so much and I’m here. ??
