Roberta R. Wiant (Hines)

Roberta R. Wiant, 75, of Timblin, died Thursday morning, July 24, 2025, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born on February 28, 1950, in Bethesda, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Theresa (Trupo) Hines.

She was married on December 23, 1981, to Danny A. Wiant and he survives. She is also survived by three sons, Danny Wiant, Jr. of Mayport, Robert Wiant of Dayton, and Cory Wiant of Punxsutawney, seven grandchildren, a sister, Mary Theresa Hines, and a brother, Ralph Hines, both of Jacksonville, North Carolina.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Laura and Marsha.

There will be no services.

The Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn is handling the arrangements.
