The worst pain a parent can feel is the loss of a child. Its something that changes you forever. Most people will never understand what you are goin through Alison or you Anthony in losing a brother. You will need your family and friends to lean on, and even though they may not understand your pain, they can still help you though it.

I pray the Lord lays a healing hand on the family and friends of Alex, no matter what no words can console you so I’ve been saying a lot of prayers to comfort you in such a devastating time. I didn’t know Alex all that well as a young adult but he has been friends with my son since preschool. He was always so polite and such a gentleman when I would see him here and there. When he would ride his dirt bike by my house, if we were out he would always give a friendly wave. I hope you Rest In Peace Alex, you will be missed by so many.

Our hearts go out to all your family. He will always hold a special place in our hearts. We used to eat breakfast with him and his grandpa. He and his friends were also in the first class that I was a substitute teacher, he told me not to be nervous that they would listen and be good that day, and they were.

It was so many years ago but yet it seems like yesterday. Playing with those cute curls and picking on him like crazy.
