Darlene, I have never met you but I have know Al since 1974/75 when I was Night auditor and he was night watchman at Holiday Inn in Clarion.. He and I talked many times about God\'s love and Jesus Christ. I bought him a Bible that year and (hopefully) was used a tiny bit in bringing him to his saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I lost my wife of 35 years just this last November so I KNOW personally what you are facing. God\'s is love, and he and He alone will help you get through this difficult time. I was so glad to have recently re-connected with Al both over the phone and through Mail and E-mail. He was one-of-a-kind and there will never be another, but I am so very proud and blessed to have known him. We will meet one day too dear. In Christ\'s love, Bill Guiher - Burlington, NC

Dear Darlene and Family, It was late when I read the newspaper and was shocked to read of Al's sudden passing at his home. It was too late to be with you at the Funeral Home visitation time. My thoughts and sympathy goes out to you. Linda Steiner-Mander and Chuck Mander
