So sorry to learn of Junior;s passing. He was always welcoming at church. He was one of the oldest people from Hawthorne at the time of his death.

Junia was a good friend and a great person. He was especially helpful to Joanne's mother in her later years. He will be missed.

I always enjoyed our yearly visits to Frank's home when my daughter and I researched our family history in the Clarion area. He shared a wealth of information with us. He was a kind, generous man, and I will miss him.

Frank (Junior) Hilliard was a member of the Hawthorn Lions Club. It was rare when Frank missed a meeting. He was a fifty year plus member. He always had a smile and loved to talk. Before Frank reached a point in his life where he could no longer attend regular meetings Frank took care of the greeting cards for the club. If someone from the club was ill Frank always made sure that they go a get well card from the Hawthorn Lions Club. God Bless you Junior, you will be missed.

I am so sad and sorry to hear of Frank's passing. When I worked at The Shepherd's Inn as a waitress, he would come in almost every evening and I enjoyed our chats. He would always want to know how I was and if I was ok. I believe he had a good heart. He was truly a fine gentleman. He will be missed by many including me.
