Lacy Adele Magagnotti, 29, of Fairmount City, died on Thursday afternoon, January 29, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Born on March 14, 1985 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of James Flanagan and Jane Frelin. She was married on October 2, 2010 to Frank Kenneth Magagnotti and he survives.

She worked as a physican assistant for DuBois Regional Medical Center with an orthopedic surgeon and she belonged to the National Board of Physican Assistant. She attended the Oakland Church of God in Distant.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Magagnotti and their daughter Mia Adeline Magagnotti of Fairmount City; her mother, Jane Frelin of Clearfield; her father, James Flanagan and step father, Paul Pellerite both of Phillipsburg; sister, Cassie Frelin of Clearfield; five step sisters, Jenn Nunn (Brian) of Wilmington, N.C; Sandy Angelovic (Steve) of Phillipsburg; Paula Pellerite of Wilmington, N.C., Jackie Albran and Juleina Flanagan both of Cranberry Township. Also surviving are her in-laws, Frank and Janna Magagnotti of New Bethlehem; two sister-in-laws, Sara Shreckengost (Ray) of Fairmount City and Tessa Ellis (Chris) of New Bethlehem; nieces and nephews, Raymond, Max, Maggy and Grant Shreckengost, Caleb Pellerite, Joseph Angelovic, Isaiah Angelovic, Jacob Angelovic and other nieces and nephews.

Lacy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Adeline Frelin, two uncles and a cousin.

Visitation will be on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015 from 6 to 9 and Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 at the Oakland Church of God in Distant. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Jimmy Swogger officiating. Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Distant.
