Bowser July 23, 1943 - April 8, 2016 Burial Date April 11, 2016 Friends will be received Monday, 10 to noon Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Lester Leroy Bowser, 72, of Shippenville and formerly of Climax, died Friday afternoon, April 8, 2016 at the Clarion Hospital. He was born on July 23, 1943 in Climax, the son of the late Leo Otto and Mary (Smith) Bowser. He is survived by a sister, Georgetta Brooks and her husband, Ken of Renovo, a brother, Clifford Bowser and his wife, Rosetta of Climax, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Lester was preceded in death by his brother, Junior Leo Otto Bowser, a niece, Destiny Mansfield, and a nephew, baby boy Brooks. Visitation will be on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 10 to 12 at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn. The funeral service will follow on Monday at 12 noon at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Hicks officiating. Interment will be in the Squirrel Hill Cemetery, Porter Township, Clarion County.
