To the entire Shillings family I offer my thoughts and prayers. I cannot think of one time when I was around Mary Ann that she didn't have a smile and had her cheerful attitude. I always enjoyed talking to her.

I am so sorry to Joe and the rest of the Shilling family for the loss of Mary Ann. I worked with Mary Ann briefly at Pennsylvania Memorial Home prior to my moving to the Grove City area nearly 20 years ago. We kept in touch over the years sharing stories of our lives and families. What a sweet, beautiful friend she was. I will never forget her. My thoughts and prayers are with your family

Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your loved one. May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time in your life. We all yearn for better conditions. It's refreshing to know that God's word speaks of a time when all sorrow will be gone and mankind will live in beautiful surroundings with nothing to fear. Isaiah 65: 17, 21-24.

My beautiful cousin Mary Ann. Just look at how beautiful you were! How my Mother adored you! You were such a strong hard working woman, and so crafty. Every year you remembered our family at Christmas with your hand crocheted treasures. My Christmas tree is adorned with handmade ornaments, and the house decorated with crocheted wreaths, angels, snowmen, and even a manger you made with love. How we will always treasure these things. Although we only communicated about once a year you always kept me up on the latest things going on with all the family members. You told me about life on the farm, your grandkids, the weather conditions and talked about your current pets, as we both have always shared a deep love for animals. Bob and I always look forward to your Christmas letter and read it out loud and shared it with friends and family each year. I just knew this year when there was no package and no letter that something must have been wrong. That package arrived on my porch every year the day after Thanksgiving just like clockwork for as long as I can remember. When you came to California to visit it was as if we had never been apart. Oh the memories we made together. We visited Disneyland, went Las Vegas, but most fun of all was our stay at the beach in San Clemente when you, me and my best friend Cathy went and stayed for a few days. I will always have the memories of our laughs together during those times. The city girl and her country cousin. I know you have gone to heaven to live with Jesus now. I know both my Mother and Dad and yours too will be waiting for you to arrive. My mother will be so glad to reunite with you. I know you will now be a guardian angel for your son and his family and all your grandkids, your husband, your brother John and his family too. I am glad you are now pain free and surrounded with those who have passed on before you. I know I too will be reunited with you some day. I will probably find you and my mom out in a garden somewhere singing and laughing and happy and joyful. Mary, I will never forget you and will always appreciate the love you have shown me all these years. Rest in Peace beautiful lady, forever and until we meet again , all my love, your cousin Beth
