Dear Lucille and Family, We send our sincere condolences on the loss of Otis. As a fellow Oakland School student, what I remember vividly is the friendly feud between Otis, the Musser boys and Bill Shoemaker about whose tractor is best. I think Otis always won! Jean (Hetrick) Fowkes
