Terry L. Milliron, 76, of Hawthorn passed away on August 9, 2024, at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital.

He was born on February 21, 1948, in Kittanning, the son of the late Boyd H. and Wilda L. (Reedy) Milliron.

Terry married Katherine (Hans) Milliron on July 13, 1968. They were married for over 56 years.

Terry worked as a heavy equipment operator his entire career for various coal companies including C&K Coal Company, Amfire Mining and Amerikohl Mining, and he also served as a Deputy Wildlife Conservation Officer with the PA Game Commission for twenty-five years.

He was a member of Lodge #522 Free & Accepted Masons, Coudersport Consistory, Hawthorn Rod & Gun Club and the Knight Cruisers Car Club. He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing at the Outer Banks, and driving his Corvette.

Terry is survived by his wife, Katherine (Hans) Milliron of Hawthorn, two sons, Brian Milliron and his wife, Mary, of Hawthorn, and Michael Milliron and his wife, Corissa, of Limestone, five grandchildren, Brittney (Joe) of Hawthorn, Ryan (Maddie) of Hawthorn, Riley (Kelsey) of Punxsutawney, Jordan (Kolton) of Oak Ridge, and Nathan of Fairmount City, eight great-grandchildren, Keaton, Lily, Daisy, Kenley, Kylah, Kiara, Maddox, and Blake, a sister, Vickie Eberle (Bill) of Hawthorn and a brother-in-law, David Hans (Diann) of Gulfport, MS. along with several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn.

A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor John Phillips officiating.

A masonic funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. prior to the visitation.
