Dear Carlson Family, Sincerest sympathy on the loss of your Dear Father. He & your mother were dear folks who I always looked forward to seeing and caring for while I worked at Dr Chapa's office in Brookville. Our deepest condolences to the Carlson family. Mr. Carlson will be greatly missed. It had been many years since I had seen Mr. Carlson until May of this year. I had a really great visit with him while he was in the hospital at that time. I am so glad to have had that opportunity to visit with him and make him smile. Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this very difficult time.
