Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Ronald “Ronnie” Wayne Mays, 75, of Sligo, died November 20, 2017. Born in Butler on December 12, 1941, he was the son of William and Helen (Wiant) Mays. Ronnie was a U.S. Marine, a construction worker, and a utility worker. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, who enjoyed spending time outdoors. He is survived by his sister, a niece, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. A graveside service was held on November 24, 2017 at the Squirrel Cemetery, in Porter Township, with Pastor Randy Hopper officiating. Interment followed the services at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers please send donations to a worthy charity of one’s choice.
