Sandra A. Whippo, 65, of Ringgold, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at her home with her husband by her side.

She was born August 8, 1960, to Ronald Laird and Yvonne (Orchard) Neese in Rome NY.

Sandy was a member of the Hawthorn Church of the Nazarene. She was a graduate of the Punxsutawney Area High School. Sandra worked in the restaurant industry for most of her life. She and her husband formerly owned Family Station Restaurant in Corry, PA. In her younger years she enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Albert A. Whippo, Ringgold, her mother and stepmother Patricia Neese, Kittanning, a brother Marc Neese, Warren,

She was preceded in death by her father.

According to Sandra’s wishes there will be no services.

The Alcorn Funeral Home of Hawthorn has been entrusted with the arrangements.
