I had the honor of knowing CW4 Kespelher when he was station in Bulter, PA. and visit Baltimore Reserve units. I was saddened by the the news today.. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him always with a smile, crazy laughter and can tell good jokes. Now the Lord as his loving arms around him and I would believe he has a smile on his face.

Butchy was such a kind a loving man always willing to help out his fellow neighbors and farmers. Butchy was funny and fun loving always finding the humor in everything he talked about. My family and I will truly miss Butchy but will remember him by his smile, laughter and above all his generosity.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Fred's passing. I proudly served along side him for 4 years while assigned to the Butler Army Reserve Center. CW4 Kespelher was always respectful, professional, and he taught me a great deal about soldiering and being an Army officer. On May 12th, the Army lost an important member of it's extended family. You will be truly missed "Chief K".

I got acquainted with Fred on the internet. He was a very nice man who loved life. I also know there was a special lady in his life. He loved his family more than anything in the world and I believe his second love was Jackie. My thoughts and prayers are with all who knew and loved him. He will be missed but there is a new angel in Heaven now. God bless and keep you all.

Condolences to Fred's family. We met and grew to know Fred while attending several of Greg Davidson's family get together's. We knew Fred to be a good kind man, gentle and fun to be around. We thought alot of Fred and sorry to hear about his passing.

I'm so glad Fred's family posted to his facebook page about his passing. I was so very sad when I read it. I saw him at the Redbank Valley HS Class of 1966 reunion and got his email address and he found me on facebook. He was so sweet and we shared many laughs. I cheered him on when he wrestled. I'm in Southampton, NJ not far from where some of his family is in Willingboro. Please know I was thinking of all of you today from NJ.

My deepest sympathies to Fred's family. He was a terrific man with such a kind heart and a great sense of humor. Even though he was just dating my sister, Fred was like a member of our family. My thoughts and prayers for you all.

So sorry to hear of Fred's passing. We graduated from Redbank Valley High School together. He was friendly to everyone, smiled a lot - a very nice kid. I suspect he grew up to be a wonderful man as well. Condolences to his family.

I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Chief. I can\'t tell you how many times he has helped me when I was station at Ft Eustis, VA. I never met a man smarter at his craft. I always looked forward to his visits. After we retired, we kept in touch via email. I will truly miss him. Sincerely, MSG (Ret) Terry j. Fragale
