To a fun and playful fella: Whether on a fishing trip or getting my car serviced at the old 'Arco,' Mel always offered some lively and jovial conversations. One glance at him and you knew he was processing some sort of a story or life's experience to share with a fellow friend. A good man - one I am proud to have known.
